Translation:
Son of Pyrrhonides or Enkomios; a Phliasian;[1] a poet of tragedy. He competed against both Aischylos and Khoirilos in the 70th Olympiad[2] and was the first to write satyr plays.[3] While this man was exhibiting a play, it happened that the benches[4] on which the spectators were standing collapsed, and because of this a theatre was constructed for the Athenians. And he exhibited 50 plays, of which 32[5] were satyric. He was victorious once.
