The glosses are those of the scholia to Plato, Menexenus 245D, where it occurs (as -ke); nevertheless Latte on Hesychius epsilon3358, with the single gloss e)nkeko/llhtai (sic) claims it as quoted from the Septuagint (4 Maccabees 8.26).
