Polybios [writes]: "for because of his excessive desire in this direction, there was this judgment concerning him: that he considered nothing more beneficial in life than hunting."[2]
"For the majority of people are good at judgments" -- the impulses of the mind -- "not by what comes from reason but by what happens.
