Timon of Phlius (c.320-c.230 BCE), a skeptic philosopher and a pupil of Stilpo the Megarian (sigma 1114) and Pyrrho of Elis (pi 3238). See generally Gisela Striker in OCD(4) 1484, s.v. Timon(2).
