Formation: A set of 4.

Sequence: Once to Yourself, Up and out, Chorus, F-Gyp, Chorus, E-Gyp, Chorus, Pop-Tarts, Chorus.

Chorus: Double step facing in and two pit capers into a line facing up and down the set. Two capers (turning 270 degrees by the right), then 4 person hey, double stepping. Two capers, two pit capers (turning 270 degrees by the right) ftj to place. Capers are up steps, beetle squashers, x-capers, and waves. Last chorus, hey is a leapfrog hey. Everything in the chorus starts on the right.

Ending: Last chorus replace the ftj by 2 more pit capers ending facing up. If you can still stand.
