Procrastination steals energy from your life!


1.  The problem is too big

            "I don't know where to start!"

                        break it down into smaller steps


2.  Fear of failure

            if you don't start, you can't fail

                        the smaller steps are easier, therefore harder to fail!


3.  It's something unpleasant

                        it may be less bad if it's smaller


4.  Perfection Paralysis

            "I won't do it until I have enough time to do it all at once, and perfectly"

                        allow yourself to be imperfect


5.  Habit

            habits are made to be broken



            putting off things you shouldn't be doing anyway
