Computer Consultant, Summer 2002 - Summer 2004, Engineering Workstation Lab, Computer Science Lab and Mathskeller, University of Kentucky.
Provided after-hours technical and UNIX programming support for students and assisted in maintaining more than fifty UNIX workstations, thirty PCs and four laser printers in two computer laboratories. Troubleshot hardware and software problems.

Advised students and their parents on course registration, academic issues, student services, etc. and helped students in making transition to the new campus life as smooth as possible.
