Comparative decision-making studies; stochastic models; preference handling in artificial intelligence; planning under uncertainty; computational social choice; computational learning theory; computational complexity.

Highlight:

Received an NSF grant to fund research in manipulating expected outcomes in stochastic models of group decision making.

Current Project:

Goldsmith is currently inventing the interdisciplinary field of Comparative Decision-Making Studies, collaborating with colleagues all over the academic map.
